Here are a set of 18 circuit cards with all different types of exercises ranging from press ups, plank, sit ups, skipping, tricep dips etc.
On each of the circuit cards there are three stages of differentiation: easy, medium and hard. Each exercise has a picture as well as a label so students can easily complete the correct exercise.
Also included on these is a short description and the muscles being used.
