CJL Hockey Booklet Volume 1 - Unopposed Practices - is a digital document that contains 50 diagrams of unopposed practice ideas and explanations to assist a coach when they are planning and delivering sessions. The unopposed practice ideas are useful for coaching players that are starting out for the first time or to introduce a new skill or concept for the first time.
