Class Performance Task Project

As a Technology, Livelihood and Economics teacher of Grade 5, I required a performance-based project to be done in the school. One of the project is " Extension Cord making" which is very useful skills for the students to learn.

I gave them the required materials to bring and I made a demonstration step by step procedure on how to do it. I show them a video instruction and I posted picture of the all the steps for them to be guided all throughout the project making.

I also imposed the standard and safety measures for them to observed during the process. It all went successful and the students were very happy that they made such a project that they didn’t expect they can do at their age.
