A useful and simple lesson for teaching students how to create varying tones using coloured pencil, as well as how to blend colours together and mark-making.

This resource would be most suitable for Key Stage 3 when teaching coloured pencil fundamentals early on, as well as allowing Key Stage 4 or 5 students to practice and recall how to use them effectively/successfully. It may also be suitable for Primary students if applicable.

2 worksheets are available, one with and one without the decorative border/background.

This Powerpoint includes a Do now task, main task, and a plenary focusing on self-assessment and understanding the success criteria for coloured pencil application.
A Powerpoint and PDF version are available once purchased, so it can be changed to fit your needs.
(Font styles in Powerpoint version may differ due to changing software and applicable fonts - e.g Windows, IOS/Macbook etc)

Worksheets and Powerpoint are available to purchase separately.
