This is an essential resource for students learning about ionic bonding or electrolysis. The common ions resource can be used as a reference by students when they are trying to determine the formula of an ionic compound. I use this resource as part of the AQA GCSE Chemistry course. I give the common ions sheet to students and ask them to keep it at the front of their folders so that they can refer to it when needed. I also use it as a support sheet with my A Level Chemistry class too.

AQA GCSE Electrolysis Bundle
This resource contains all you need to the AQA GCSE Chemistry Electrolysis part of Topic 4 - Chemical Changes. The resource is great to use as an introduction to electrolysis and then move onto aqueous electrolysis. The blank templates allow teachers to go through several examples of their own choice or they can use the pre-filled questions. There are a variety of differentiated resources to give to students of different abilities.
Chemical Changes (AQA Chemistry Topic 4)
This bundle of resources covers everything students need to know for the AQA GCSE Chemistry 'Chemical changes' topic in paper 1. All resources have information sheets and most importantly answer sheets too. You don't need to follow the order of lessons that I do, many teachers I know approach this topic from several different angles. The resources are useful to use whenever you reach that stage.
