A whole year’s full plan; everything you need to run a Food Technology course.

13 detailed PowerPoint lessons (the other lessons are practicals), includes videos, statistics, facts, helpful tips etc. The work book is included (separate documents) to be put together and filled in each lesson. Words in red on the PowerPoint are to be filled into the underlined gaps in their workbooks. The lessons have fun names as part of the fun!

The whole course is detailed in an overview and everything is ready to go. The overview explains every lesson along with the practical lessons. Please note that you will have to ever so slightly adapt this to term dates, students’ needs/abilities etc.

Here are a few examples of lessons: Brilliant Breakfasts, Luscious Lunches, Super Soups, Marvellous Mince, Vital Vegetables and Bountiful Bread (plus many more!).

Apart from the lessons and the work book, this pack also includes: recipe cook book, costings sheet, cutting and preparing techniques, dates for cooking (so you can plan ahead and inform students), a list of all the resources, lesson overview, marking feedback sheet, order of lessons and a practical assessment log sheet.

These resources will help you setup a whole cookery course for the year. Suitable for all ages as completely adaptable. Perfect for any cookery/DT teacher to help follow a structured syllabus. Was designed for secondary years 7-9 (KS3) but can be used for any year - even juniors (amend accordingly).
