A PowerPoint lesson for year 1 and 2 on Continents. Aligned with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 Geography which states pupils must be able name and locate the world’s seven continents and five oceans.
This lesson aims to introduce students to the concept of continents and how many we have in the world. Some slides include guidance on how to make the most of the resource and encourage class participation. Includes animations to keep pupil’s engaged.
