Activity based lessons for PHSE lessons dealing with the subjects of stress and self initiated well being. Six one hour sessions that look at various stress triggers and how to navigate around them using crafts. Sessions can be stand-alone or as part of a series. In each there is a practical activity designed to make the link between making and creativity and coping with challenges. Sessions are designed to utilise motor skills, concentration, creativity and their usefulness in working through difficulty and building coping strategies.
