Wouldn't get a green pass for me. Risk assessment not detailed for CPAC Criteria 3B. You've literally pointed minimal points and not even explained them nor the precautions or even the idea of a risk assessment which is assessing the severity and likelihood of each risk factor. Where is your null and alternative hypothesis? Any quantitative data, is there any data manipulation or analysis, in fact, where is your data? Bibliography is not in the Havard referencing style. Not detailed for my standards and a waste of money.
