This lesson requires the use of the blue AQA Oxford textbook.
Outline the section of the syllabus taught during today’s lesson (slide 2). Play clip, showing desert characteristics. Pupils use the fact cards to complete a table of the twelve deserts identified on the world map from last lesson. Recap findings with class (slide 3). Pupils may choose to self-assess their answers. Pupils complete a quiz as a plenary task, based upon their learning. Pupils present their answer, with the show of a card.
