Here is a strategy that I have developed for the DCF in Wales. This has been commended by our school advisors.

The strategy includes;
Aims,
Where we are at (a form to copy is attached to hand to staff)
Expectations
Mapping and tracking (including example tracking form - with a couple of examples.
Working model for my setting.
Roles and responsibilities of key staff
Steps for the future.

In addition - I have included a 2 hour staff training session that can be used to develop competency of staff. I am willing to offer advice and support as part of this resource.
