This is an incredibly comprehensive resource covering many aspects of digital design for beginners (I used this with Year 8). It covers everything form using powerpoint and photoshop to edit images including double exposure, to building a website landing page and incorporating appropriate self design buttons. There are also tasks to create posters for imaginary holiday resorts, using images which have been doctored using powerpoint and/or photoshop.
There are opportunities for differentiated challenge, peer/self/teacher assessment and several points of Oracy.
Lessons include well presented, engaging slides with relevant examples and opportunities for creativity.
