This booklet is to be used alongside a cooking Design Technology project whereby the final outcome is a small flavoured bread roll. The emphasis is on recognising that different types of bread originate from different countries and which countries specific flavours/ingredients originate from.
It includes a problem, research, design, a space to record photographs of making and evaluation.
Included is a PDF file (which is easier to print as a booklet on some systems) and an editable Microsoft Publisher file.
Also included is a couple of PowerPoints which were used alongside some lessons and a bread roll recipe in child-friendly speak (adapted from TESCO).
