This is the entirety of my lesson plans for the first unit in the GCSE higher course. It contains congruence, similarity of areas and volumes. All of the Powerpoints are ready to go!
They contain methods for the students to discover mathematics for themselves, as well as plenty of examples to work through. I have also added in ‘checkpoints’, which act as diagnostic questions so you can really understand your students misconceptions.
Designed to the official Edexcel textbook (by Pearson) it has suggested question practice and page numbers from the book, however this can easily be edited for any textbook or resource bank. You can also add in your favourite starters or questions easily.
