SB6g lesson from the new Edexcel Biology GCSE (9-1) all about plant hormones.
The lesson includes the uses of plant hormones as selective weedkillers, rooting powders, in germination, making seedless fruit and ripening fruit, along with the advantages of each.
A very basic resource. A recap starter where pupils state 3 hormones; main activity is pupils completing a table, presumably using their text books. Some questions are given (mostly just those in the text book) but also includes some exam style questions. Useful section on photoperiodism.

Thanks for reviewing. The idea of the main task is that you put the information sheets (slides 5-9 in the PowerPoint) around the room for the students to complete their tables, with an extension activity for those who finish early. There's then 4 progress check questions and four more exam style questions. Then after the section going through photoperiodism with them there are more exam questions, including a six-marker, with the mark scheme. Covering all of the needed content in a variety of ways, with exam questions throughout so I'm not quite sure what else you would have liked included in the lesson.
