Editable Pupil Passport

This editable pupil passport has been designed as a simple sheet which Parents can fill in at home and email back to school to be shared with any staff member who works with a young person who has multi-sensory impairment. It could be used for anyone else with different needs, but Deafblind UK designed it specifically for our members. By stating clearly what will assist a child to get the most out of their classroom experience, we hope that they will be able to grasp concepts more easily and begin to interact with other children in mainstream school.
