End Of Year Transition Activity

Set of 3 worksheets which can be edited and adapted to suit all ages.

The pack contains the following:

• 1 worksheet aimed at EYFS with space for drawing or writing about their year and the year ahead
• 1 worksheet aimed at KS1 for writing about their year and the year ahead
• 1 worksheet aimed at KS2 for writing about their year and the year ahead

The worksheets are a suitable activity for each child to complete, thinking back over the past year. The sheets reflects on what they have enjoyed and improved on this year as well as what they hope for the future. The sheets could be used as an end of year activity in the summer term or as a transition task with or for the next teacher.
