These Estimation games are fun for all ages!
Split your class into 5 teams and display the question and picture on the interactive whiteboard. Play the timer and the teams will have 30 seconds to discuss their best estimate for that question.
Then take each teams' estimate and reveal the answer. Closest team gets three points, second closest two points and third closest gets one point. Other teams get nothing!
Features 3 versions (1 for each term) with mixed questions - perfect for end of term fun - students will surprise themselves at how good (and bad in some cases!) their estimates are, whilst learning interesting and new facts at the same time.
