A simple assessment sheet to be carried out at the end of every half term or term to track progress across the ages and stages of development within the EYFS.\nUseful to track Profile achievement towards the ELGs, prior to June formal Profile assessments.\nI have attached an image of a completed page, with some comments added, as I did to summarise the Profile before completing reports.\nVery useful for team meetings and discussions with LA or SLT to show CPD/staffing needs as well as progress made.\nPlease also see my Tracker spreadsheet!
