Sheet has 4 short questionnaires. Xerox, cut apart & pass out (1-4 per student, depending on the amount of time you wish to spend on this activity). Have students write brief answers to ALL questions. Collect. Redistribute to students. Students must question classmates until they find the person to whom their sheet belongs - fill the name in at the bottom.
