You are an agro-scientist on a mission to find out how to best help your country through the challenges of farming change.

This board game helps students understand the progression of agriculture through time from pre-agricultural societies, through intensification, mechanisation and onto the sustainable practices of today. It introduces lots of appropriate, technical terminology in context, encouraging deeper understanding of the links between the nature of farming and the challenges and opportunities this can present is important.

These resources are ideal for determining student understanding of the intricacies of agricultural transition, but equally could be used to introduce the concepts from scratch, especially with more able classes.

Counters - although pen lids and rubbers etc work equally well
