This well organised logbook offers a convenient and structured way to track your fitness and workout progress. Monitoring your workouts is necessary to assess your progress and achieve your goals. With this logbook, you can easily record your workouts, track your progress and stay motivated for your fitness journey.

This logbook consists of 105 pages and is A4 sized. It is organised in the following format:

Section 1: Fitness goals and deadlines record

The first two pages provide spaces for outlining 10 goals along with the deadlines for achieving them.

Section 2: 10 Progress tracker pages
