The PDFs cover a range of different push, pull and leg exercises. These can be used as a stand alone lesson focus or allow students to independently train their whole body. Each PDF comes with a step-by-step guide on how to do the exercise, a QR code which links to a video and a step-by-step picture guide.
The Libraries cover a range bodyweight, barbell and dumbbell movements. This package also comes with a bonus ‘workout builder’ resource where students can use the exercises in the libraries to design their own workout.
