Pupils create a spider diagram, identifying qualities of a good friend. Pupils are required to choose twenty words from the list that describes a good friend. Recap the qualities in the table (slide 6) which identify good and bad qualities of a friend. Recap the importance of friendships. Pupils discuss with a partner the qualities needed for a good friendship (linked to the lesson’s learning objective).
