Gabby's Fair by Robin Klein - 11 Worksheets - SOLO Reader

This resource is a twelve page PDF document with activities to do based on the SOLO reader book Gabby’s Fair by Robin Klein and Michael Johnson.

The activities allow the students to reflect on the story and extend their understanding of the themes within this text. There are eleven worksheets in total, one for each of the nine chapters plus two extra.

This resource has been designed in this manner as this is the type of book that is often used for reading / literacy groups. This allows for the work to be completed as the students work their way through the text.

Each chapter contains a worksheet which includes three comprehension questions and a small vocabulary or writing task. There are also two other worksheets included which are both drawing activities designed to be used at the end of reading the whole story.
