GCSE Core Science - Food and Health - Carbohydrates



This resource is one of four lessons and perfect for students of middle to lower abilities at targeting 'C' grades at the end of their course.



The focus is on carbohydrates in foods and these resources support the basic glucose and starch testing of different foods (please remember to do your own risk assessment). There is a good components to develop key How Science Works skills and a link at the end to analyzing a familiar junk food.
