• Complete pack of lesson resources to cover Component 1; Topic 1.2.6 to 1.2.9 of the Edexcel GCSE PE course.

• Lesson Name:
  1. Respiratory System Learning Carousel (will cover one or two lessons)

  2. Zone 2 / Worksheet 2 (Word) - Inhale & Exhale & %'s
  3. Zone 3 / Worksheet 3 (Word) - Alveoli & Exercise
  4. Zone 4 / Worksheet 4 (Word) - TV, VC & Exercise

Lesson 1 - Organise students in to four small groups; Let them spend 15-20 minutes at each ‘zone’; They will research & discuss their findings first within their own group;
Lesson 2 - In the second lesson, allow them to peer assess & red pen (correct) their original worksheets with other groups; Follow up with exam style questions in class or set for homework.
