GCSE PE - Principles of Training and Methods of Training Booklets

This booklet has enough in to last a number of lessons if required. It covers the theory behind principles and methods of training. It asks students to plan their own program and specific training sessions. Students can complete these sessions recording qualititive and quantitive information. It also has a number of examination questions and answers (at the back of the book). This can be used in core lessons - with the non GCSE booklet for non GCSE students without the exam questions. I have used this with Y10 and Y11 students with great success practically teaching a theory unity.
