German Menu Logic Problem

A logic puzzle where pupils must choose dishes to order for themselves and their friends whilst taking into account allergies, preferences and requests. A solution sheet is included.

I have used this resource with classes from year 8 to year 10 (more vocabulary support must be given to lower years).

Pupils must read the three texts from their ‘friends’ and decide what to order from the provided menu based on what they can, cannot, would and would not like to eat. This activity practices fits nicely in Stimmt! Module 5, unit 4 (Ein Wiener Schnitzel, Bitte) as the menu is based around Viennese specialities.
