I was going to recommend the Grab5 website, but it doesn't appear to be available anymore. I have attached some of their documents which I thought were very useful for KS3 although they were aimed at KS2. The Grab 5! project was a whole school project. All aspects of school life - curricular and extracurricular activities, the social and the physical environment - were addressed to ensure that messages being given around healthy eating were consistent and mutually reinforced.
