As a trained writing moderator, I have seen how vital it is to expose the children to rich language during the planning and writing stages.

I have uploaded the vocabulary mats that I created to aid the success of writing.

There are different mats depending on the setting which is being described:

They include an extensive list of nouns, adjectives, verbs, phrases and then full sentences to inspire writing.
