The witness statement comment bank did not have comments for task 1 assessing the scene of an accident which was the reason for purchasing the package.

Hi. Thanks for your review not sure you have used the excel document in the right way. The comment banks are in the Excel document, you would have downloaded. For the LO1 Witness statement the tab 'WS Comments Assessing dangers' shows the comments that can be selected. Then on tab ' WS Assessing Dangers' you click the box and you get a drop down menu to select the comment you wish to use. Obviously you have to edit them and individualise them to the students, as the exam board do not accept basic statements that are not tailored to each student. But I use these to merge into the Witness statement to get me started and then personalise them. You can then dos this with the other tab for the LO3 Witness statement. Hopefully this will help and you will be able to and understand how it works. Any problems please message.
