I will help my Earth and the Trees

Students will be able to celebrate Arbor Day and Earth Day by utilizing recycled materials to give them new life in the form of a unique piece of art from the heart. Teach the children to embrace and take care of our planet by having them grow their very own tree from the center of the earth complete with a bird living inside to symbolize that all life is inter connected. A learning objective, subject summary and application in real life, materials needed for each student and the step by step directions needed to create this lesson are all detailed in each of my lesson plans.
