A one lesson PowerPoint presentation that begins with a reading from David Williamson’s “War and Peace: International Relations 1878-1941”. Students are then tasked with writing a 500 word assessment that evaluates the extent to which the formation of the Triple Entente constituted a diplomatic revolution in Europe in the late 19th Century. Originally used with a mixed HL/SL class where only one lesson per week is devoted to HL material, the PowerPoint format allows for easy adaptation to other grade levels and curricula.
