Introduction to Cells - Differentiated powerpoint

This is a powerpoint for the first lesson on cells in year 7. The slides include all the information needed, plus two differentiated activities.

The first is an information hunt (the worksheets and info sheets are included at the end of the powerpoint) and the second is a consolidation activity where students write about cells. The information hunt includes two possible worksheets for differentiation. To stretch higher ability students further remove the names from each info sheet and have the students identify it from the picture.
