Introduction to Cold War lesson(Edexcel)

This is an introductory lesson for the Edexcel GCSE specification on the Superpowers and the Cold war 1941-91.
It includes info on:

• The exam paper and questions
• tactics used during the war including spying, propaganda and competition in space and arms.
• Definitions of the ideologies
• A plenary to tie everything together - with sentence starters!

There is lots of room for discussion to learn more about students prior knowledge of the Cold War.
