Judaism - Inside the Synagogue

Brief introduction to what can be found in a synagogue with link to BBC learning zone clip on Shabbat. Haven't made much reference to menorah because that was mentioned in my first power point, The Synagogue. Introduces children to Ark, Torah Scrolls and discusses stained glass and why it does not depict people / faces. Second lesson in Come and See Catholic Education programme on Judaism for Year 3. Also includes a worksheet so children can design their own stained glass window using symbols / images important in Judaism.
