Workout booklet for key stage 4 students when they are using a gym/ fitness facility.
This can allow students to structure their own workouts and keep track of the weights they are lifting. Can help with a KS4 class who may struggle behaviourally and require some structure to ensure they remain motivated and on task for the entire module.

This provides them with:

  • A 6 week progressive overload tracker, where they can track their weights and repetitions each week.
  • Health and safety rules of the gym
  • Examples of workouts: push, pull, legs, upper body, calisthenics and cardio.
