Know your 2D Shapes Assessment Sheets

5 assessment or revision worksheets for children based on 4 2D shapes: circle, square, rectangle and triangle.
Sheet 1 shows objects that are shaped like the 4 shapes for children to identify, talk about and colour in.
Sheet 2 asks children to trace the 4 shapes.
Sheet 3 is for children to count out the appropriate number of each shape and colour them in.
Sheet 4 - children are required to draw a given number of shapes.
Sheet 5 gives children the opportunity to write the shape words.
