This is a week’s worth of literacy plans for KS1 although could easily be adapted for Year Three. It is based on the book ‘The Scarecrows’ Wedding" to include activities such as writing a list with commas, rhyming couplets, writing an invitation and producing a newspaper report with inverted commas and types of questioning. Great for a week to celebrate the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
