This is a lesson about the conditions and ethical issues in clothing factories, focusing on a case study of a girl who works in clothing factory in Bangladesh.

I use this lesson with KS3 textiles.

It is a interactive ICT lesson, just set up the three separate Power Points and split the students up into three groups.

The groups of students then work their way around the stations and fill in the corresponding sections of their worksheet. The student Power Points have information to be read along with visuals and videos.

At the end bring them back round and show them the end of the Power Point showing ways that people can change their shopping habits.
