<br /> Would have been useful if students were given a simplified mark scheme so that they could assess/peer-assess their own written response at the end. It may have been useful to have assessed the 'real-life' examples! Additionally, Creative Writing is worth 25% (not 50% as stated on front slide) of the overall GCSE English Language qualification. (Remember: Paper 1 and 2 are added together, along with the non-examined component/teacher assessed Spoken Language element).<br />
