A Walking Talking Mock based on the SAMS 1- Jamaica Inn.
For each question, it talks the pupils through how to answer the question, gives an example top band paragraph then gives the pupils time to complete a guided paragraph of their own (which builds on the modelled paragraph) as the timer counts down.
This has worked well with both Year 10 and 11 who were lacking in confidence of how to approach the exam.
It can be amended and another extract used if needed.
