This worksheet is targeted to KS3 pupils or primary school pupils. On the first page there are crosswords to revise the vocabulary. On the second page, there is a reading exercise with very short descriptions of animals and pupils will guess what animal it is. It is a differentiated exercise with two descriptions to revise the vocab of colours and animals and two descriptions that are more challenging and ideal to practise vocabulary skills with words such as “équitation”. The last exercise is to encourage writing skills to describe an animal, it could also be done as a speaking task.
