Lizzie Vine

A video created by The National Apprenticeship Service (NAS). Lizzie is a Trainee Youth Worker for East Sussex County Council where she works in Children's Services on Every Child Matters. The Apprenticeship Programme gave Lizzie the opportunity to experience several different work placements and find out which areas of Youth Work she enjoyed the most. Lizzie has found her passion in Detached Youth Work which is a distinct form of work with hard to reach young people where the youth worker meets the young people in their 'territory'.
