This resource is perfect for anyone who hasn’t got enough time to condition their body. This is specific for strengthening the lower body and these exercises will take a maximum of 10 minutes on the evenings that your allocated to complete them. This resource is ideal for beginners, but advanced people may want to increase the numbers.
In this resource, you will receive 2 documents.
The first one will be a 12 week session plan, including information about the exercises, sets, reps and rest periods. This plan is very successful if you are motivated and keep doing what the program tells you to do.
The second resource will be 17 explained exercises that you would be completing throughout the six weeks. I have made sure there is a variety of different exercises so that you won’t get fed up with repeating the same exercises.
