Macbeth - Dragon's Den

The resources included should cover 3-4 lessons of creative and engaging work. The objective is that the students work in groups to pitch ideas for a new modern production of Macbeth. I have included an introductory PPT, a brief letter and a very short PPT which asks the students to write a persuasive speech once finished with presentations. This is ideal for anyone who has finished the play and wants some creativity, someone who would like to embed S&L in their lessons or someone who is just looking to do something different. I also showed my class some clips from Dragon’s Den which is available on Youtube, and we discussed the AQA Spoken Endorsement Criteria (Self-review sheet also included). This is great for consolidating knowledge of the plot, but also for S&L and some fun!
