KS3: Based around the BLOODHOUND 628mph land speed record car, this activity is suitable for home schooling because it contains everything you need.

Acting as a materials engineer, you’ll watch read and watch short videos about the properties required of the various parts of a nearly supersonic car. you’ll use a printable database to decide which materials are best for each part, then report your findings to the chief engineer. It includes comprehensive teachers notes, printable poster and database, and an interactive powerpoint presentation with embedded videos.
