Three lessons for introducing media studies. Analysis of a short film and consideration of media tools. The final lesson requires students to story board thier own short film, using the script provided.
This set of lessons was wonderful to teach and I have differentiated it for year 6, up to KS4, although this incarnation was for a low ability year 7 class.
These lessons act as a great introduction to considering the use of speech, consideration of props and setting but showcases perspective and camera angles very well. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
