Natural and Processed Materials Series: Reading Centers Bundle contains eight, 3-stage reading comprehension activities.

Every reading follows the same process:

In the first stage, students prepare to read the text by matching the ten vocabulary words with their correct definitions.
In the second stage, students read the text, either alone, with a partner, or as part of a small reading group or center.
In the third stage, students answer the 6 multiple-choice questions designed to assess their comprehension of the text.

This bundle contains:
8 informational texts on the theme of natural and processed materials (Natural Materials, Processed Materials, Properties of Materials, Uses of Materials, Recycling, Sustainability, Comparing Materials, Material Safety)
10 vocabulary words and definitions for each reading
6 multiple-choice comprehension questions for each reading
Answer sheet for each reading
Answer strips for students to write their answers on (optional) for each reading

In order to use this resource multiple times, it is recommended that the texts, the assorted vocabulary matches and comprehension question and answer sheets are laminated for durability.
